Sublimation printed shirts are created by printing the design out using a special printer then heat transferring the design onto fabric; the fabric is then used to make the shirts. This allows for elaborate full shirt design patterns, which cannot be achieved by using plain fabrics.
The down side to this printing method is that, if not done carefully, sublimation printing can have spots or patches where the ink did not stick well. This is why we’ve been reluctant to sell sublimation shirts in the past. But we have tested the Tamudo brand sublimation shirts extensively and found the print quality to be reliable and durable.
